Hello Folks!
RevSure continues our vision of becoming the AI-powered GTM operating system by bringing intelligence directly into the workflows where teams collaborate, analyze, and take action. This release expands Reli's agentic capabilities with Slack integration, playbook-driven recommendations, branching orchestration, and richer MCP tools while introducing new buyer signals like Job Changes and Chat Signals. Alongside these AI innovations, we've enhanced enterprise administration with SCIM user provisioning, made attribution and journey analysis more flexible through time period pivoting and multi-touch exploration, and delivered new usability improvements that help GTM teams move faster, collaborate better, and make smarter revenue decisions with greater confidence.

Reli Slack Application
The RevSure Reli Slack App brings our generative AI assistant and conversational access to agents and the RevSure context layer to where you work in a secure and safe manner.
All data from RevSure can be accessed with a prompt to create actionable use cases like pre meeting briefs, deep research and outreach among others.

Agentic Orchestration Branching
Branch your agent flows. The Agent Builder now supports branching logic — route execution down different paths based on conditions, not just linear steps. High-intent lead? Branch to SDR outreach. Cold for 30 days? Branch to a nurture sequence. Build orchestration that mirrors how GTM decisions actually get made:

Playbooks
Playbooks, built in. Reli summaries now come with playbook-driven and full funnel context enriched recommendations that cover journeys, signals and more. A new config UI lets you define and manage the playbook rules yourself. Less generic insight, more "here's exactly what to do next” across leads, accounts and opportunities.

Job Change
Know when buyers move. New signals flag promotions and company changes the moment they happen — filter for the moves that matter, hand off to the right agent, and write the update straight back to your CRM. Never lose a relationship to a title change or a new logo.

Chat Signals
RevSure now surfaces Chat Signals at both lead and account level, converting Slack and chat conversations into structured GTM intelligence. Teams can view sentiment, intent, topics, product interests, customer questions, feature requests, and objections directly inside RevSure, helping them identify engaged leads, understand customer needs, and prioritize follow-ups faster. This gives Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps a clearer view of what prospects and customers are discussing across chat conversations without manually reading every thread.

MCP Updates - New tools
New in this release:
- Bookings & Pipeline Trends — Track bookings trends, pipeline creation, and pipeline progression directly through your AI assistant.
- Deep Funnel Attribution — See where pipeline is generated and where it's leaking, broken down by stage
- Single Start Stage Cohort Views — Stage, trend, and movement views for cohort-based analysis.
- Meeting Overviews — Pull meeting summaries without leaving the chat
- Segmented Funnel Metrics — Split any funnel metric by dimension with the new split_by support
- Open Pipeline by Close Quarter — See open pipeline broken out by when it's expected to close
Also shipped: PII masking by default, faster server response times, and clearer error messages across the board, memory layer that remembers context and Launched RevSure Skills v1 — a foundation for more structured, repeatable workflows. Metrics and configurable options are now fetched dynamically, ensuring what you see always reflects your actual data.
SCIM User Provisioning
RevSure now supports SCIM User Provisioning, enabling enterprise teams to automatically provision, update, and de-provision users from their identity provider. This helps administrators manage user access, roles, and lifecycle changes more securely and efficiently, reducing manual effort while ensuring the right users have the right access at the right time.

DGE Trend – Time Period Pivoting (Apply Trend Period To)
Demand Generation Effectiveness now introduces Apply Trend Period To, allowing users to precisely control which analytical scopes use the selected trend period. Instead of applying the same date range across every filter, users can independently apply the trend period to Lead/Opportunity Created Period, Campaign Selection, Metric Selection by Date, and Touchpoint Selection by Engagement Date, while the remaining scopes automatically evaluate across All Time. This provides far greater flexibility for comparing current performance against historical data and helps answer more nuanced attribution and pipeline analysis questions with complete transparency through a detailed period breakdown.

Journey Module – Multi Selection View Journey By
Journey Analytics now supports Multi Selection View Journey By across both the Journey Visualization and Touchpoints view, enabling users to analyze buyer journeys using multiple engagement attributes simultaneously. Teams can combine dimensions such as Engagement Type, Engagement Channel, Campaign Touch, and Activity Type to better understand how different interactions influence pipeline progression. This enhancement provides richer journey analysis, uncovers successful engagement sequences, and delivers deeper insights into the paths buyers take before converting.


Slack Integration for Revenue Signals
RevSure now extends its Slack integration with Revenue Signals, allowing teams to automatically receive notifications for buying signals, account engagement, pipeline movement, customer health, expansion opportunities, and AI-generated insights directly in Slack. By delivering actionable intelligence where teams already collaborate, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps can respond faster and stay aligned across both prospect and customer journeys.

User Activity Timeline & Usage Insights
The Users module now includes Activity Timeline and Usage Insights, giving administrators greater visibility into how users interact with RevSure. The Activity Timeline provides a chronological history of modules visited and views accessed, while the Users page now summarizes key adoption metrics such as total views accessed, modules visited, most frequently accessed view, and most frequently used module. These insights help administrators monitor product adoption, identify usage patterns, support onboarding efforts, and better understand how teams are engaging with the platform.
Other Enhancements
String Array Dimension Support in Custom Dimensions
Custom Dimensions now support Array-based fields, allowing users to build analytical dimensions from multi-value attributes such as technologies, products, interests, tags, and other array fields. This enhancement significantly expands the flexibility of custom reporting by enabling users to analyze data that previously required complex transformations or preprocessing. Alongside array support, several usability improvements make configuring and managing custom dimensions simpler and more powerful.
Side-Panel Drilldowns
RevSure has added side-panel drilldowns across Cohort Intelligence, Unified Funnel & Pipeline (UFP), and Stage Deep Dive widgets, enabling GTM teams to seamlessly investigate underlying records without leaving their analysis workflow.
This enhancement eliminates the need to navigate across multiple screens, making funnel exploration faster and more intuitive. By providing contextual record-level visibility alongside aggregate metrics, RevSure helps Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams identify bottlenecks, validate insights, and take action with greater confidence.
