Agentic AI adoption is accelerating across B2B GTM teams, but readiness is uneven. Our new 2026 report, based on insights from 306 senior GTM leaders across the US and UK, shows that the real unlock isn’t more automation; it’s full-funnel context and coordinated execution. This issue highlights the key findings, industry validation from Gartner and Forrester, and what GTM leaders should prioritize to scale Agentic AI responsibly and drive real pipeline outcomes.
We just launched The 2026 State of Agentic AI in B2B GTM in partnership with Ascend2, based on insights from 306 senior B2B GTM leaders across the US + UK.
The headline takeaway is clear: Agentic AI adoption is accelerating, but readiness is uneven. Teams are deploying agents point-by-point across the funnel, yet the real unlock isn’t more automation; it’s full-funnel context and coordinated execution. In fact, 96% of leaders believe AI agents with full-funnel context would significantly improve execution.
Key insights from the study:
Agentic AI is spreading fast across enterprise teams, but the market is also entering a reality-check phase. Gartner notes that agentic AI “supply exceeds demand” and a market correction is looming, which reinforces a critical point: adoption alone doesn’t guarantee impact.
This aligns directly with what we found in our study. Organizations are implementing Agentic AI quickly, but operational readiness is uneven. Without the right foundations (data reliability, integration, governance, and full-funnel context), agent initiatives can scale activity faster than outcomes.
As GTM teams deploy more AI and automation, the challenge is no longer generating insights; it’s coordinating execution across systems, teams, and the full customer journey. Forrester’s Wave™ coverage on Revenue Orchestration Platforms reinforces that GTM leaders are shifting from siloed automation toward end-to-end orchestration that connects signals to outcomes.
This mirrors a core finding from our report: the real unlock for Agentic AI isn’t more agents; it’s full-funnel context that enables coordinated, governed actions across the funnel.
As Forrester highlights the emergence of Revenue Orchestration Platforms, the real challenge becomes execution at enterprise scale: coordinating actions across marketing, sales, and RevOps without creating more fragmentation, conflicting logic, or untraceable automation.
That’s where RevSure comes in.
RevSure is the only enterprise-grade Revenue System of Action built for complex B2B GTM operations. It unifies fragmented funnel data into a single, context-rich system so AI agents can reason and act across the funnel with accuracy and control. Rather than running point agents against isolated signals, RevSure provides the connective layer required for orchestration: aligning accounts, contacts, pipeline stages, attribution, and outcomes into a shared GTM execution context.
RevSure enables Agentic AI to scale through three critical capabilities:

The result is an orchestration layer that turns GTM data into coordinated actions, improving pipeline quality, accelerating velocity, and increasing forecast confidence.

Agentic AI adoption is accelerating across GTM teams, but one reality is becoming unavoidable: autonomous execution is only as strong as the foundation beneath it.
In this blog, we break down why most Agentic AI initiatives stall after early wins, and what enterprise GTM organizations need in place to scale responsibly. From fragmented systems and inconsistent definitions to unreliable signals and brittle integrations, the biggest barriers aren’t model limitations; they’re foundational execution constraints.
If you’re evaluating Agentic AI this year, this is the practical roadmap for moving from point automation to full-funnel, governed execution that actually drives pipeline outcomes.
If you missed the live session with Harry and Jayaram, this discussion on true predictive propensity scoring is now available on demand. The session explains why most lead scoring models fail under real GTM pressure and how predictive, time-validated scoring approaches can surface revenue-driving leads early enough to change the outcome of the quarter.
You’ll see RevSure’s cross-tenant results showing how a small high-propensity segment consistently drives the majority of won pipeline, along with a clear breakdown of what predictive validation actually means, why traditional scoring erodes trust, and a practical 30-day plan to operationalize propensity scoring across your GTM engine.

Join Ram and Francisco for this Funnel Vision webinar to see how RevSure’s Demand Generation Effectiveness brings multi-touch attribution to life with a single, governed view of performance across campaigns, channels, and GTM motions. You’ll learn how to connect every touchpoint, from marketing programs and events to SDR/BDR, AE, and partner activity, directly to pipeline and revenue, so teams can confidently prove ROI, optimize spend, and focus investment on what truly drives growth.

As Agentic AI adoption accelerates, many GTM organizations are entering a new phase: agent sprawl, deploying AI point-by-point across the funnel without a shared execution context.
In case you missed this video, Deepinder Singh Dhingra (Founder & CEO, RevSure) explains why the next era of GTM won’t be won by adding more agents, but by building the foundations that make autonomy effective: full-funnel context, governed orchestration, and cross-system coordination that turns insight into reliable action.

Thanks for reading. If you’re exploring Agentic AI in your GTM motion this year, the biggest takeaway is simple: scaling agents without a shared execution context only scales inconsistency. The winners will be the teams that invest in full-funnel foundations, governed orchestration, and measurable outcomes.
See you next issue.
