Salesforce Integration

The RevSure Salesforce Integration Guide outlines how to connect Salesforce to RevSure by configuring the Data Hub, enabling necessary permissions, and setting up SSO. It covers steps for granting field and object permissions, verifying multi-currency settings, and ensuring proper user access. This ensures seamless data synchronization and reporting between Salesforce and RevSure.

Seamless Integration with SFDC Field Types

RevSure simplifies handling field type restrictions when mapping attributes from Salesforce (SFDC) into the app. Here's how:

  • Comprehensive Data Type Support: RevSure can handle all data types supported by SFDC, ensuring seamless integration and mapping.
  • User-Friendly Data Hub UI: The RevSure Data Hub UI allows you to select the appropriate data type while mapping attributes from SFDC, making the process straightforward and efficient.
  • Support for Standard and Custom Fields: RevSure’s Data Hub supports mapping both standard and custom fields from SFDC, providing flexibility to meet diverse business needs.
  • Custom Object Data Ingestion: In addition to standard and custom fields, RevSure also supports ingesting data from custom objects available in SFDC, further enhancing its adaptability.

LinkedIn Integration

The RevSure LinkedIn Integration Implementation Guide outlines the steps to connect LinkedIn to RevSure. First, navigate to the Data Hub in RevSure and click "Add data source." Select LinkedIn, provide a unique connection name, choose the historical sync date, and log in via the LinkedIn OAuth pop-up to complete the integration.

Permissions and Scope:

Post: Retrieve organizations' posts, comments, and likes. Restricted to organizations in which the authenticated member has one of the following company page roles:

  • ADMINISTRATOR
  • DIRECT_SPONSORED_CONTENT_POSTER
  • CONTENT_ADMIN

Campaign Groups, Campaigns, Accounts, Lead Forms, Ad Analytics, Campaign Spend, Ad Statistics Daily: The Ad Account user assigning permission must hold one of the following Ad Account roles:

  • ACCOUNT_BILLING_ADMIN
  • ACCOUNT_MANAGER
  • CAMPAIGN_MANAGER
  • CREATIVE_MANAGER
  • VIEWER (read-only, even with rw_ads scope)

Lead Form Responses: Access an authenticated member's ad forms/organic forms and form responses (leads). Can manage and read leadNotifications. Reading forms and form responses are restricted to the following account and/or company page roles:

  • Sponsored use case (leads from Ads): The authenticated user must have one of the following ad account and company page roles (on the company page associated with the Ad Account in Campaign Manager):
    • ACCOUNT_BILLING_ADMIN
    • ACCOUNT_MANAGER
    • CAMPAIGN_MANAGER
    • CREATIVE_MANAGER
    • VIEWER

Organic Posts, Organic Post Analytics: Manage an authenticated member’s company pages and retrieve reporting data. Retrieve organizations' posts, comments, and likes. Restricted to organizations in which the authenticated member has one of the following company page roles:

  • ADMINISTRATOR
  • DIRECT_SPONSORED_CONTENT_POSTER

Click Conversion: Upload your conversion data to LinkedIn and manage your conversion tracking data. Restricted to organizations in which the authenticated member has one of the following roles:

  • ACCOUNT_BILLING_ADMIN
  • ACCOUNT_MANAGER
  • CAMPAIGN_MANAGER
  • CREATIVE_MANAGER

Meta Ads Integration

RevSure's Meta Ads integration enhances your full-funnel visibility by seamlessly connecting Meta ad data with pipeline insights. This integration allows you to track ad performance beyond clicks, linking them directly to revenue impact and sales outcomes.

6sense Integration

RevSure & 6sense integration delivers real-time visibility into leads with the highest propensity to convert, enabling data-driven prioritization and enhanced pipeline generation.

  • Enrichment Use Case: These enrichments run after input data source is configured during the integration.
    • Company Identification API (previously known as Company Details API)
      Use case: Identify anonymous website visitors by taking an IP address and matching it to an Account.
    • Lead Scoring and Firmographics API (previously known as Lead Enrichment and Scoring API)
      Use case: Enrich Company Firmographics and Lead scoring attributes using the Email ID.
      Note: Skip this if 6sense is already integrated with CRM to avoid unnecessary credit usage.
    • Lead Scoring API
      Use case: Enrichment scores your net new leads using email id and returns predictive scores at the product level.
