How Ncontracts Took Paid Ads From Zero Visibility to Bookings, and Forecasts Them to 96%

Ncontracts ran on a last-source-before-MQL system stitched across Power BI, Gong, and spreadsheets. RevSure connected ad spend to business outcomes, turning the channel the team could see the least into the one with the clearest line to pipeline and bookings.

The challenge

Before RevSure, Ncontracts relied on a last-source-before-MQL attribution model: whichever touch occurred immediately before a lead qualified received all the credit, while every earlier interaction disappeared. A paid search click, a retargeting ad, or the campaign that began the relationship could influence a deal without appearing in the final attribution.

Forecasting sat on top of the same fragmented foundation. Booking projections came from Gong and a manual spreadsheet scorecard, and the numbers moved whenever sales representatives changed deal stages. Ad spend went out every month and pipeline appeared, but platform dashboards remained disconnected from the deals those campaigns helped create. The team could not confidently forecast the quarter or defend which channels deserved future budget.

What RevSure did

RevSure connected all 13 GTM systems used by Ncontracts and processed 162.69 million customer engagements into one multi-touch model. Ad platforms, conferences, events, email, and sales activity were stitched into a single account journey, allowing each booking to be traced through the touches that helped create it, in sequence and with credit distributed across them.

RevSure also addressed a gap in HubSpot, which did not expose the campaign data the team needed through an API, by establishing a managed monthly process to bring those campaigns into the model. On top of the unified journey data, RevSure deployed booking-volume and booking-value forecasts based on the actual pipeline rather than sales-stage hygiene, showing both the projected outcome and the factors driving it.

If you're picking one, I would pick the paid side. That had the biggest impact for us, and we had the least visibility into it. We went from zero to a pretty clear picture.

The outcome

Today, Ncontracts has a clear line from ad campaigns to the pipeline and bookings they create. The model has traced $7.17 million in pipeline and $1.03 million in closed-won revenue to paid campaigns this year, representing 223 opportunities and 42 closed-won deals.

The same full-path model has connected $17.4 million in pipeline from first touch to booking across paid activity, events, and email, including $735,000 in pipeline attributed to a single conference. Budget discussions now begin with evidence of which channels created bookings, not just leads.

Monthly pipeline projections have been live since July 2026 and reached 96% booking forecast accuracy in the source measurement. With paid spend tied to outcomes and forecasts aligned more closely with sales expectations, Ncontracts is extending the same model deeper into events and account-based marketing.
