What is revenue intelligence?

Short answer

Revenue intelligence is the use of AI and unified data to give revenue teams a clear, current view of what is driving pipeline and revenue, and what puts it at risk. It pulls signals from across the GTM stack, CRM, conversations, engagement, to surface deal risk, forecast accuracy, and next best actions, ideally acting on them, not just reporting.

Revenue intelligence uses AI and unified data to show revenue teams what is actually happening in their pipeline: which deals are healthy, which are slipping, how accurate the forecast is, and what to do next. It replaces gut-feel pipeline reviews with a data-grounded view.

It works by pulling signals from across the go-to-market stack, CRM fields, conversation intelligence, engagement, product usage, and reasoning over them together. That breadth is the point: deal risk rarely shows up in one system, it shows up in the pattern across several.

The frontier of the category is action. Reporting that a deal is at risk is useful; flagging it to the owner with the reason and the suggested move, before the pipeline review, is more useful. RevSure builds revenue intelligence on its context layer and lets its agents act on it under approval, closing the loop from insight to execution.
