LinkedIn Audience Updater

Syncs high-fit segments and ICP lists into LinkedIn ad audiences automatically as accounts move through funnel stages.

A funnel dashboard shows you which accounts moved stages this week. This agent pushes that movement straight into your LinkedIn audiences, so you stop paying to retarget accounts that already converted.

What it does

Most teams rebuild LinkedIn audiences by hand on a quarterly cadence, so the lists drift out of sync with the funnel the day after they ship. The LinkedIn Audience Updater recomputes ICP and stage-based segments on the context layer as accounts move, then keeps the ad audiences in lock-step: adding accounts that enter a stage, removing the ones that convert or fall out of fit, so spend follows the funnel instead of a snapshot.

  • Keeps LinkedIn audiences in lock-step with funnel movement
  • Removes accounts that convert or fall out of fit

Runs under Safe Autonomy. Every move is proposed, approved on your terms, committed, and reversible in one click.

How it works

Trigger to committed action. Every step is logged, and the final write is reversible.

  1. 1
    Trigger

An account changes stage or fit

An account crosses a funnel boundary or its fit and intent scores shift: a new opportunity opens, a deal closes won, an account drops below ICP threshold. The change registers on the context layer as a segment-affecting event.

  2. 2
    Step 01

Recompute the segment on live context

The agent re-evaluates ICP and stage membership for the affected accounts against current fit, intent, and funnel stage, so the segment reflects where accounts actually are right now.

  3. 3
    Step 02

    Diff against the live audience

It compares the recomputed segment to the accounts currently in the matched LinkedIn audience and produces the exact adds and removes, rather than rebuilding the list from scratch.

  4. 4
    Step 03

    Drop converted and out-of-fit accounts

Accounts that closed won, went to an active sales motion, or fell out of ICP are removed so ad budget stops chasing them, and freshly qualified accounts are queued to add.

  5. 5
    Commit

    Audience synced in LinkedIn Ads

The agent pushes the adds and removes to the matched LinkedIn Ads audiences through the API. Each sync is logged and reversible, so an erroneous removal can be restored to the audience.

In practice

Before · the report-only world

A demand-gen lead exports an ICP list to a CSV and uploads it to LinkedIn once a quarter. By week two, closed accounts are still being served ads, and new in-stage accounts are nowhere in the audience. The dashboard shows the funnel moved; the ad audience never heard about it.

After · RevSure acts

The agent recomputed the segment as accounts moved, removed the 18 accounts that closed won that month, and added 60 newly qualified accounts the same day each crossed into stage, syncing both into the LinkedIn audience automatically.

Budget stops burning on accounts that already bought and starts reaching accounts the instant they qualify, with no quarterly CSV ritual and no two-week lag.

Put the LinkedIn Audience Updater to work

It ships on the stack you already own and starts proposing moves the week it goes live. You approve the first few. It earns the longer leash from there.
