Lead Scoring Agent
Real-time, scheduled, and custom AI scoring across the lead and contact database, configurable by segment, source, or product.
A scoring model writes a number into a field and waits. This agent rescores the instant a signal lands and pushes the lead that just heated up into the right rep's queue, with the reason attached.
What it does
Most lead scores are batch jobs that go stale the moment a buyer does something new. The Lead Scoring Agent reads fit, intent, and engagement off one identity-resolved context layer and recomputes a lead's score the moment a signal changes, not on a nightly run. It writes the live score back to CRM and the MAP, and attaches the one or two signals that moved it, so the number is defensible the second a rep questions it.
- Scores every lead and contact on fit and intent
- Recomputes in real time as signals change
- Explains each score so it is defensible
Runs under Safe Autonomy. Every move is proposed, approved on your terms, committed, and reversible in one click.
How it works
Trigger to committed action. Every step is logged, and the final write is reversible.
- 1Trigger
A signal on a known lead changes
A tracked contact does something that shifts propensity: a form fill, a return visit to pricing, a high-fit ad click, a campaign engagement. The event hits the context layer already resolved to a person and account.
- 2Step 01
Pull live fit and intent
The agent gathers firmographic fit, real-time intent, and recent engagement for that contact from the shared layer, scoped to the right model for that segment, source, or product.
- 3Step 02
Recompute, do not look up
It recalculates the score against the live inputs rather than serving a value frozen from the last batch run, so a lead that warmed up overnight reflects it by morning.
- 4Step 03
Attach the why
It records the one or two signals that moved the score most, so the score arrives explainable instead of as an opaque number in a column.
- 5Commit
Write score and reason to CRM and MAP
The agent writes the updated score and its top drivers back to the CRM and marketing automation platform, where routing and sequences pick it up. A model change re-versions the score and the prior value is restorable.
In practice
A lead fills out a demo form at 9pm. The nightly scoring job already ran, so the record sits at last night's score and routes like a cold lead until tomorrow's batch.
The agent caught the form fill in real time, recomputed the score against live fit and intent, wrote the new value to the CRM, and let routing reassign the lead inside the hour.
The lead reaches a rep the same evening at its true priority instead of waiting a day to be scored, then another to be picked up.

Put the Lead Scoring Agent to work
It ships on the stack you already own and starts proposing moves the week it goes live. You approve the first few. It earns the longer leash from there.
